Three steps, and you're done
Free for your property. Most markets are set up within two weeks of your first call.
- 1
Pick your vendor categories
Choose the mix your people would enjoy most. We bring vendors that fit, and steer clear of anything that competes with your tenants.
- 2
Pick your dates
One day, a few days a week or a full week. All day or just over lunch. Evenings and weekends for apartments.
- 3
We run it
We book and vet the vendors, collect their insurance and permits, and send you a ready-to-go email and posters. Your team just greets vendors when they arrive.
For office buildings
A reason to come into the office
A midweek market gives tenants something to look forward to and gives your team an amenity to promote, without adding to anyone's workload.
Vetted vendors
Every vendor shows proof of liability insurance naming your building, plus a sales tax permit and any food permits.
No pitching
Vendors stay at their tables. Tenants browse when they want to, and nobody gets a sales pitch in the lobby.
Ready-made marketing
A tenant email, lobby posters and elevator signage for every market, branded however you like.
Lobby Market
Four to six vendor tables with signage. Works in most buildings.
Lobby + Patio
Tables inside, with food and drink vendors on the patio.
Festival
Tables, food trucks and music for a signature day.
For apartment communities
A resident event that runs itself
Bring a market to your clubhouse, courtyard or pool deck when residents are home. It's a free resident perk that helps with renewals and shows well on tours.
What residents get
- Shopping and food steps from their front door
- Weekday evening, Saturday morning or weekend afternoon markets
- Food trucks, sweets, coffee and local gifts
- A flyer for the mailroom and a resident email, ready to send

Questions
What property managers ask us
Does it cost the property anything?
No. Markets are free for buildings and communities. Vendors pay Roadshow to take part.
Are vendors insured?
Yes. Before any market, each vendor sends proof of general liability insurance naming your property as additional insured, along with their sales tax permit and any food permits.
What does my team need to do?
Approve the dates and the space, share your rules for load-in, parking and security, forward our ready-made email, and greet vendors when they arrive.
Will vendors compete with our tenants or retailers?
We ask about any exclusive rights up front and leave out categories that conflict, like coffee next to your lobby café.
How much space do you need?
A lobby, lounge, patio or courtyard with room for four to six six-foot tables works well. We'll plan the layout around your space.
What if it rains or a vendor cancels?
Outdoor markets can move inside or be rescheduled. We keep backup vendors on hand in case anyone drops out.
How far ahead should we book?
About two weeks ahead is ideal, so there's time to confirm vendors and promote the market. Holiday dates are booking now.
Can we try one market first?
Yes. Start with a single market, see how tenants or residents respond, and decide from there.
